VinCO 2011 : Wine Business, Enology, Viticulture, & Horticulture

 

About

The Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE), Colorado Wine Industry Development Board (CWIDB), and Western Colorado Horticulture Society (WCHS) present a joint multi-day event with seminars, workshops, trade show, and reception along with opportunities to network and exchange ideas with fellow industry colleagues. In order to increase the breadth of topics this event will have multiple simultaneous presentations.  For those of you whose interests spans multiple tracks invite your industry colleagues and share what you've learned from the seminars you each attend.

 

Locations

All events take place in the Palisade / Grand Junction area.  Tuesday's seminars will be at the Wine Country Inn (WCI). Wednesday/Thursday Seminars will take place at the Two Rivers Convention Center (TRCC) or the nearby Main Street Suites (MSS).

Note: These seminars will not be simulcast to the Front Range.

 

Registration

Registration is on a per-day basis. Registration is required to attend seminars even if no fee is due. Once registered for the Seminars on a given day, you may attend any of that days 4 tracks (WCHS, Viticulture, Enology, Business) and the Trade Show.  Please Note Wednesday & Thursday Lunches (register separately) include a speaker.

Please Note: CAVE Memberships expired 12/31/2010 if you have not already done so, please RENEW your CAVE membership (or JOIN CAVE) prior to the seminar to take advantage of member rates.

 

CSU Workshop

  • Horst Caspari - Grape Growing: Principles and Practices - a full day workshop for growers (Monday Jan 17) -- WORKSHOP FULL

This seminar is put on by CSU and you must register for it separately. $50/person including lunch. There is a limit of 30 participants.
